The companies of the Sunco group run their business in compliance with the broadest values of legality, fairness, integrity and transparency, as well as, in general, with all regulations applicable in the jurisdictions in which they operate.
For this reason, the Italian companies of the Sunco group listed below adopted an Organisational, Management and Control Model in compliance with Legislative Decree no. 231 of 8th June 2001, aimed at reducing the risk of unlawful conduct in the performance of their activities.
Each company appointed a Supervisory Body in charge of monitoring the application and observance of the models, also ensuring their update by reporting to the administrative bodies any amendments and/or additions that might become necessary due to the results of control activities, as well as regulatory or organisational changes.
